Paul assists individuals and married couples in the development of estate plans for both taxable and non-taxable estates that are designed to accomplish client goals, and assists trustees in trust administration and executors and administrators in estate administration. His representation of executors and administrators includes the preparation of Federal and state estate tax returns and, if necessary, probate. Gabby focuses her practice on helping individuals and families design clear, effective estate plans, and guiding trustees and executors through trust & estate administration. Clients appreciate her approachable style and straightforward explanations—she listens first, then tailors documents and next steps to reflect each client’s goals and family dynamics.
Claire is a third year law student at DePaul University College of Law, Chicago, IL. A recent graduate of the University of Michigan with a BA in Gender and Health and a minor in Social Class and Inequality Studies, Claire is building her legal career in estate planning and wills & trusts law.
